Two sets of bedding clothes, towels and one housecoat. 

Laundry facilities with iron and iron board on 2nd floor. Booking of laundry time. Washing powder not included.

Public areas are cleaned by staff. Tenants who use the common kitchen have a weekly schedule for emptying kitchen garbage and cleaning sufaces in kitchen. Tenant cleans private room. Cleaning scrub with cleaning equipment and detergent on ground floor.  

Wireless internet with service agreement for function.

Cable TV with 43 chanells and wireless streaming in living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with common tableware 1st Floor. Each room has a cupboard for dry food storage and labeld storage in one of the common fridges and freezers.

Shoe care products in the entrance hall.

Each room has a mailbox with lock. Tenant can register at the address.

Tenant is bound to follow the Rules of Order to maintain order and good hygiene in the house.
