ROOMS & APARTMENTS

The house has a total of sixteen furnished rooms of varying sizes for rent.

Rooms are rented monthly with a one-month notice period.

Linens, towels and a bathrobe are included.

Six rooms have bathroom. Four of the rooms with bathroom also have kitchenette.

Ten of the rooms share three shared toilets, two showers and a shared kitchen.

Parlour and TV-room are found on middle floor. Lounge for relax and access to a varity of board games is found on third floor. All rooms have access to a laundry room and

a cleaning scrub with cleaning equipment and cleaning detergent.

Totally 100 square meters are shared in the building.

SMALL SINGLE ROOM

The small single rooms are between 8-9 sqm.. They are furnished with a 90 cm wide bed with bedside table, work area, armchair and wardrobe.

LARGE SINGLE ROOM

The house has a large single room of 18 square meters with a view of the Nyköping River. The room is furnished with a 120 cm wide bed with bedside table, work area, sofa and wardrobe.

LARGE SINGLE ROOM

The large single rooms are between 12-15 sqm. They are furnished with a 90 cm wide bed with bedside table, work area, armchair and wardrobe.

GABLE APARTMENT

The 14 sqm gable apartment has its own entrance and patio with a view over Nyköping river. Private bathroom in limestone and kitchenette with full kitchen function. The room has a 90 cm bed, work area, armchair and wardrobe.

The studios are between 12-13 sqm.

They have a private bathroom and a mini-kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. They are furnished with a 90 cm wide bed, a work area, an armchair and a wardrobe.

STUDIO

TOP FLOOR APARTMENT

The 24 sqm top floor apartments have their own limestone bathroom and kitchenette with full kitchen function. The room has a double bed with two 90 cm beds, bedside tables, work area, sofa group and wardrobes.
