The 14 sqm gable apartment has its own entrance and patio with a view over Nyköping river. The apartment has a bathroom in limestone and kitchenette. It is furnished with a 90 cm bed, work area, armchair, wardrobe and an armchair. The bed is prepared with bed linen and an extra set in the wardrobe. Towels and a bathrobe are also provided in the room.
The kitchenette has full kitchen function and is equipped with a convection oven, hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker for capsule coffee, toaster, egg cooker and blender as well as other equipment for preparing food. Fold-up sink bench for extra space.
The apartment is cleaned by the tenant. The apartment have access to laundry and a cleaning scrub with cleaning equipment and cleaning detergent in the main house.
