STUDIO - Private bathroom and mini-kitchenette

The studio rooms with private bathroom and mini-kitchenette are between 12-13 sqm. They are furnished with a 90 cm bed, a work area, an armchair and a wardrobe.

The bed is prepared with bed linen with an extra set in the wardrobe. Towels and a bathrobe are also provided in the room. The rooms are cleaned by the tenant. Common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff.

The mini-kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker for capsule coffee, toaster, egg cooker and blender as well as equipment for preparing food except for hobs and oven. The room also has access to the shared kitchen for cooking with its own storage of dry and refrigerated/frozen goods.

The rooms are cleaned by the tenant and common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff. Complaints handling and follow-up of rules of the house ensure that common areas maintain good hygiene.
