Security & Camera Surveillance

The hotel meets current fire safety requirements. Fire extinguishers and fire blankets are found on each floor. A first aid kit is located on the middle floor.

Common areas (excluding restrooms) are under camera surveillance.

Parking

Parking spaces are available next to the house.
Public paid parking is also available opposite the house.

Cleaning

Common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff. Rooms are cleaned by tenants.

Cleaning scrub with cleaning equipment and detergents is located on the ground floor. Tenants who share kitchen have a weekly schedule for emptying kitchen garbage.

Move out cleaning and laundry is taken care of by staff.

Tenants pay a mandatory fee for move-out cleaning when booking.

Internet & TV

Tenants have access to wireless internet 250 MBit/s. Bandwidth is distributed evenly between connected tenants. Service agreement for operation and firewall.

Cable TV with 58 TV channels and 8 streaming services in the

common parlour on the middle floor.

Kitchen & Common Rooms

The shared kitchen is located on the middle floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with double cooking areas. Each room has its own cupboard for dry food. Room storage also includes two shelves, a wall shelf and a vegetable drawer in one of the refrigerators.

One freezer compartment per room.

The parlour on the middle floor has a dining table and a sofa set with a TV. On the top floor there is a games room with various board games and a bar with recipes for making

your own non-alcoholic drink. Alcohol is not allowed in Gula Villan.

Post & Population Registration

Each room has its own postbox with key. Security-rated property boxes

for apartment buildings. PostNord handles post.

It is permitted for resident tenants to register in Gula Villan.

Laundry & Clothing Care

On the top floor there is a washing machine, dryer and drying racks.
Bed linen and towels are washed by the tenant except when moving out. Iron and ironing board are available on the ground and top floors. Laundry time is booked in a folder. Detergent is not included.

A sewing machine is available to borrow on the top floor. Each room has a box with clothing care products. The box contains laundry bags, a lint remover, clothes rollers, shoe polish cloth, clothing covers and a sewing kit.

Hygiene Products

Tenants bring their own toiletries. Each room comes with a small starter kit of toiletries. Hand soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid are included. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer and a makeup mirror with seven times magnification and lighting.

House Rules

The house rules are in place to maintain safety and good hygiene for everyone in the house.

The house rules are mandatory and apply to all residents and their guests.

Complaints are reported via phone, text message or email.

Received complaints are handled within 24 hours.
