SMALL SINGLE ROOM - Shared bathroom and kitchen
The house has a total of four small single rooms between 8-9 sqm that share bathrooms and kitchen. They are furnished with a 90 cm wide bed with bedside table, work area, armchair and wardrobe.
The bed is prepared with bed linen with an extra set in the wardrobe. Towels and a bathrobe are also provided in the room. The rooms are cleaned by the tenant. Toilets, showers, kitchen and other common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff.
Each room has its own cupboard for dry food storage as well as storage in the fridge (two shelves, vegetable drawer and a wall shelf) and freezer (one freezer compartment) in the shared kitchen. Each room that use the shared kitchen rotate on a weekly schedule for emptying kitchen waste.
Complaints handling and follow-up of rules of the house ensure that toilets, bathrooms, kitchen and other common areas maintain good hygiene.
