LARGE SINGLE ROOM WITH BATHROOM
The house has one large single room of 18 sqm with bathroom. The room has a view over Nyköping River. The room is furnished with a 120 cm bed, work area, sofa and wardrobes. The bed is prepared with bed linen with an extra set in the wardrobe. Towels and a bathrobe are also provided in the room.
The room has its own cupboard for dry food storage as well as storage in the fridge (two shelves, vegetable drawer and a wall shelf) and freezer (one freezer compartment) in the shared kitchen. Each room that use the shared kitchen rotate on a weekly schedule for emptying kitchen waste.
The rooms are cleaned by the tenant and common areas are cleaned by cleaning staff. Complaints handling and follow-up of rules of the house ensure that common areas maintain good hygiene.
